Save time with Quick SEO Reports

Time is money!

That have either an independent agency or SEO then, our time, and one of our employees is the most precious thing we have. That is why we, SEO consultants, sell to our customers, our time. Or every month most of us are faced with a task at a time repeatedly, not necessarily very productive yet mandatory in any SEO campaign - I named reporting.

I do not know about you but depending on the period, generating monthly reports with review of the positioning of client sites and traffic analysis period of the previous month compared with two periods, it was a task that could take me up '60 groin a time, a little more than a week of work because of 1h / 1h 30 client.
tool I'll describe in this article is a spin-off of the tool's internal reporting we use in the company I work for and it was developed specifically to save time consultants who use based on their needs and the needs of clients.

Features Quick SEO Reports

Simple, quick to learn, clear and effective! Here are the key words that inspired us during the design phase of the tool. We did not want to develop a gas plant as one can find many on the web and gives an avalanche of data on the site, the crawl, popularity etc. The tool goes to the heart of the topic that interests your customers - traffic, business, positioning and evolution of these parameters.

A glance at the dashboard

The dashboard tool is clear, once again we tried to go to the Essential. There is a section to manage its projects, reports, users of the platform as well as templates of reports and e-mails.
A section for creating new projects, reports, users and templates for reporting and email . Finally a purely administrative section that allows you to manage your payments, invoices and put the design of the platform in the colors of your company.



The project section lists the results of the status of various accounts you have created, with the number of reports generated, the record of your quotas (limited number of reports based on your account), the date of the last report and links to see and create new reports.




The report section will list all reports generated in chronological order and will give their status (draft or published) and the date the report was created and a last visit date of the report by the client!  That way we know if it s has read the report! And yes! We'll just fliquer the customer!

The reports fashion consultant will present graphs and comparison charts for all sections of traffic we are interested in Google Analytics namely, general site traffic, direct traffic, motor traffic, referring traffic, mobile traffic, some behavior data Internet, the organic and paid keywords, geographic analysis and conversion events with the goals and e-commerce data!

Hop I just generate a report that will compare the data traffic to my site from last month, the previous month and the previous year in one click needed to not make 2 to / via GG analytics, everything is there!

I can hide certain elements of the report, put forward else if I want. The description section (with text that describes the data) and "comments and recommendations" section are obviously completely editable - you can add text, images and soon. Just click on it to type the save.

For those who want a sample report I put you the ratio of muscle here - well then you will see that there is not much to see, especially at the goals as well I do not really have and I do not hunt. You will not see either real recommendations.
